🚨 Blanco ISD School Closure Notice 🚨

For the safety of our students, staff, and families, Blanco ISD will be closed on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

This decision was not made lightly. After administrators drove district roads today, we observed numerous icy areas that are expected to refreeze overnight, especially with water remaining on the roadways. These conditions could make travel hazardous for students, staff, and families.

The safety of our community is always our top priority, and we are not willing to put anyone at risk.

📅 School will resume on Wednesday, with a regular start time.

Basketball games have been rescheduled for Wednesday. Varsity only — 5:00 PM for Girls and 6:30 PM for Boys vs. Ingram at Blanco High School.
